Welcome to the Recipes section of BubbaRub.  Some of these have been around since the beginning; some are brand new, as we try out new ways to use BubbaRub; and some have been submitted by customers.  We recommend to try them all!

BubbaRub Beer Marinade

This is the easiest and tastiest way to use BubbaRub as a marinade.  Simply mix 3 ounces of BubbaRub with your favorite 12 ounces of lager (any beer will do, but lagers yield the best results).  Place chicken, pork, steak, or fish into ziploc bag with marinade.  Place in fridge for at least 1 hour, but no more than 24 hours.  Grill or pan-sear for best results!

BubbaRub Ribs

This is what started it all!  With baby-back pork Ribs, spread BubbaRub generously onto the top of each slab of rib (be sure to remove the fat from the underside of the slab).  You may cook the ribs right away, or cover and refrigerate for up to 48 hours and then steam, grill, or bake your ribs.  Just be ready to give up all other ribs immediately!

BubbaRub Best Beans

Say that three times fast!  When cooking baked beans (or green beans) on the stove, sprinkle BubbaRub to taste and mix into the beans.  Sometimes, it's the only way to make those kids eat their veggies!

BubbaRub Fried Chicken or Fish

Get ready for the best fried chicken  or fish you've ever tasted!  For every cup of breading, mix in 2 tablespoons of BubbaRub.  Place chicken or fish into your egg wash, then dip into the breading mix (or you can use flour, then your egg wash, then the breading mix for a bit thicker breading).  Cook normally in a frying pan with a little oil on the bottom.  Wait till the breading is a golden brown and flip it over, continue to do this until the food is cooked all the way through.  Finish in the oven, if needed, and it is ready to eat!

BubbaRub Pork Chops

Now we can't take all the credit for this one, however we can vouch for it!  In a plastic container, cover the bottom of the container with a thin coat of olive oil.  Sprinkle BubbaRub to cover the bottom of the container.  Lay pork chops on top, cover in olive oil, and sprinkle more Rub on!  Now let stand at least 15 minutes (or up to 12 hours in the refridgerator).  Bake in the oven or put it on the grill.  Kiss the Cook and sit back and enjoy!

BubbaRub Meat Balls

This is a great appetizer or party food idea!  We use 3 pounds of lean ground beef, 1 egg and one generous handful of BubbaRub (or more if your taste buds force you). Get your hands messy by mixing it all together and forming about 1 inch meat balls.  Place on a non-stick cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.  Remove from oven and place in your favorite sauce in a crock pot.  This makes about 30-40 BubbaRub meat balls and will not disappoint!
